The Friends Foundation of Worthington Libraries was honored to once again sponsor the annual Community Breakfast, which was held on April 25, 2023, at the Northwest Library. Among those in attendance was the library’s new director, Lauren Robinson. Lauren, who comes to Worthington after eight successful years as director of the Preble County District Library, met with many library patrons at the event.

At the event, the Friends Foundation was pleased to announce it will fund an outreach vehicle for the library costing approximately $250,000. The vehicle will store media and materials and will travel to locations in the library’s service area where patrons, particularly those with transportation difficulties, may be met on their own ground.
